These Terms of Sale (“TOS”) define the legal conditions governing the services provided by Mama Beluga and specify the terms of access and use by the “User.”
The current TOS are accessible at any time on the site under the section “Terms of Sale” and supersede any prior versions or contradictory documents.

These Terms of Sale set the conditions under which Mama Beluga provides its services, mainly custom sailing coaching, concierge services, and consulting — available through the website or upon personalized request.

•Custom sailing coaching: Support for navigation projects, boat selection, route planning, and more.
•Sailing concierge services: Logistical assistance, bookings, provisioning, etc.

4. Ordering & Validation
Services can be ordered via the website, contact form, or direct exchange (phone, email, video call).
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
An order is considered valid once confirmed in writing by Mama Beluga and, where applicable, after receipt of payment or deposit.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in euros (incl. VAT) either on the website or in a quote.
Payments can be made via Stripe, a secure payment solution that accepts major credit cards. Mama Beluga may also offer monthly subscriptions or annual plans at discounted rates.
No service will begin without payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the quote.

6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the client’s express consent.
By validating the order and requesting immediate execution, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

7. Modifications or Cancellations
Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be submitted via email.
•If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, a free reschedule is possible.
•If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the full fee remains due.
Mama Beluga reserves the right to postpone a service in cases of force majeure (weather, technical issues, health, etc.).

8. Liability
Mama Beluga commits to delivering its services with care and professionalism. However, it cannot be held liable for external events (navigation conditions, accidents, etc.) that may affect the outcomes of its services.
The client remains solely responsible for decisions and the use of any advice provided.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and content provided during the services remain the exclusive property of Mama Beluga.
Any reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Mama Beluga’s registered office.
